Ezequiel Morales is a self-taught artist born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, from an immigrant family coming from Guatemala in the 90’s. Self-taught painter, employs a diverse range of art mediums to adeptly capture the dynamics of human emotions, expression, within the context of human interactions and connections. His focus on intertwined faces, figures, and skulls together symbolizing the tethered nature of our interconnected existence. He seeks to imbue the interactions and experiences that shape us, both as subjects and instigators, with the potential for profound personal and collective transformation. He is currently working and creating in Toronto; expanding and growing as an artist and an individual.
